Lunchtime...


I work from home and the days I don't have meetings downtown, I whip up a little lunch in the kitchen. I have to say...lunch can get very boring to me. And I like to make things that will last a day or two, and not take too much time;) Here is a Sonoma Chicken Salad recipe that does just the trick.

    Looks so yummy! I love making chicken salad - lots of flavor and not too heavy. grapes look like a great addition!

    I do a chicken salad with greek yogurt, pecans, granny smith apples, shallots and cranberries -- it's so yummy!
