Ginger Soy vinaigrette
4 handfuls of cilantro
1 jalapeno sliced, seeded
2 T grated fresh ginger
3 garlic gloves grated
juice of 4 limes
1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
1/4 t sugar
1/4 c olive oil
Mix ingredients above together in cuisinart. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with olive oil. Sprinkle the 4 large sushi grade tuna pieces with salt and pepper. Sear the tuna for a minute on each side. Pour half of the cilantro mixture into the pan to coat the fish. Slice avocadoes, place on top of cooked tuna, pour the rest of vinagrette on top and serve.
