Croissant and Chocolate Bread Pudding...

Unsalted butter in 8 inch square baking dish
6 lg egg yolks
2 c whole milk
1 c heavy cream
1 c granulated sugar

1 t vanilla extract
1/2 t kosher salt
1/4 t ground nutmeg
6 croissants, cut into 1 inch peices
4 oz bittersweet chocolate, cut into chunks

Mix together egg yolks, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg in large bowl. Add croissants and chocolate and mix to combine. Transfer into baking dish and bake about 30-40 minutes.
