How did I not know of this place until now? I eat PB by the spoonfulls...and this Greenwich Village spot is heaven. Peanut Butter & Co's menu has sandwiches like the Fluffernutter (peanut butter and marshmallow fluff), the Peanut Butter Cup (peanut butter and Nutella) and the Elvis (peanut butter, banana, and honey; fried). Add strawberry or chocolate egg cream, carrot sticks and potato chips, and you've got a masterpiece.
