Starting yesterday, and every Sunday and Monday this summer - The Hideway in Tribeca flies in bushels of Maryland blue crabs fresh from the Chesapeake Bay. You get a mallet (for cracking claws), a tin of Old Bay seasoning and a ramekin of vinegar. The crabs are steamed, seasoned and piled high on butcher paper on your table. On the side, fries and corn on the cob and ice cold beer. Next week...I'm there!
