Guest Post: Anna...

I dig my friend Anna's inner creative spirit. She has a knack for finding the best accessories and cool spots to dine. Here's Anna's trip over to Brooklyn, channeling her inner hipster for a perfect fall feast. I hope this is the first of many posts from Anna to come...

On the corner of Broadway and Berry in Williamsburg Brooklyn lies, Diner, a cozy, dimly lit neighborhood favorite that boasts a menu full of organic, local ingredients, friendly servers and killer cocktails. We started with the brussel sprouts- cooked to perfection with maple syrup and bacon- amazing! I had the coq au vin, J had the grass fed strip steak with hand cut fries and home made mayo. We ended our exquisite meal with butternut squash cake and toasted candied pumpkin seeds. Diner ended up being the perfect fall date night; fantastic food, a quirky sweet waitress, and 2 seats at the bar.
