I am planning on making pumpkin soup tonight, but with a butternut squash instead. I have a vegetarian cookbook with the perfect recipe. I love when fall comes and I get the chance to make soup when its most exciting!
Yum! I love anything and everything pumpkin (may have to treat myself to a Starbucks pumpkin spice latte after I finish this post) and can't wait to try this soup.
