Question of the Day...

I want to try something new...after last week when I asked people about how they managed stress in life etc., I got great feedback on doing Yoga. I'm definitely going to attend my first yoga class in years this weekend (if my back permits). I hope this becomes a new practice! I loved hearing people's thoughts so I am going to incorporate this in my blog weekly.

Today, my question is - how do you feel about change? I'm part planner/part free-spirit and I've been fortunate enough to have many great opportunities to move cities and explore new jobs. Are you someone who thrives in change or is more comfortable with sticking to one path? What pushes you in one direction or the other?

Change can be scary - but I also often find it really exciting once I take the first step into the change. My friends think I love change - almost a little too much! I just really like adventures and see life as one big adventure - so why sit around and leave everything the same?!
Much love,
B

I have had many adventures due to alot of changes in my life and I definitely welcome the new, the unknown, the exciting times. I have never truly been much of a planner and like to say that I have happily lived my life by the seat of my pants! :)

I HATE it. Its terrifying to me, and as a control freak, I hate anything I can't control 100%. With that being said, I understand that change is a necessary (and rewarding) part of life so I have to force myself into it. Luckily, my fiance embraces change much more than me so thats helped a little with current changes in our life!
