1 egg yolk
1 garlic clove
1 t worcestshire sauce
2 t of hot pepper sauce
1/2 t of balsamic
1 T minced shallot
Mix these ingredients together and gradually add 1/4 c canola oil and 1/4 c olive oil. Add minced jalapeno and minced cilantro to taste. Add 2 T of dijon mustard and stir together.
Toss with Romaine lettuce, add shaved parmesan and serve.
