Top 5 things to do TODAY...

I recently had my annual physical. I thought the Dr's generic list of things to do was simple and had to share...

1. Quit Smoking (if you're a smoker)
2. Wear sunscreen (every day, even if it's cloudy)
3. Work out 5 times a week (for 30 minutes or more)
4. Wear your seatbelt (even in a cab)
5. Take vitamins (talk to a Dr. or nurtionist about what vitamins are vital)
