You're thinking hmmm? That is an odd combination... Just an observation actually, as I noticed that the recession was affecting restaurants and general street and store traffic this past holiday weekend - I was surprised to find long lines forming from two places. The Soho Uggs shop and Crumbs Cupcake bakery on University in Union Square. I thought, Wow...comfort and sugar are a recession friendly biz. So much for curbing the sweet tooth in the New Year;)
